What We Do
We partner with entrepreneurs to scale and grow their businesses – not just by sitting on Boards and providing capital BUT by getting involved in every way necessary and appropriate – including helping build a strategic plan to achieve leadership, supplementing leadership, providing capital, driving organic growth, building partnerships and day to day management.
We have no pre-conceived notions about how much support is needed – we are happy to work as partners to the entrepreneur in any role and for any length of time.
We like to team up with companies where our participation is thought to be strategically important by the entrepreneur.
The basic approach is one of a strong partnership with the entrepreneur – we have been there before and we know that growing a business brings many challenges. We are able to bring expertise and resources to help to the extent needed – in the form that is most effective.
